Today we were really lucky to have an award winning printmaker visit our class. His name is John Pusateri and he is from the Auckland Print Studio. John showed us some prints he had done and the work of some other artists. Then we asked questions. He does stone lithography which means he draws an image onto limestone and then takes a print of that. Then he showed us how to do our own prints using polystyrene blocks.
